JI WON BAXTER, VOCALS

Ji Won Baxter is a Banff-based singer, a multi-instrumentalist, hailing from the heart of Canada’s Shakespearean drama, Stratford Ontario. A classically-trained violinist, she brings an eccentric layer of compositional diversity and performance in all of her artistic renderings. Having stretched across venues and festivals in her hometown, at Stratford Summer Music, Gallery Stratford and Centre in the Square, she has had the privilege of bringing her music out West, to Banff’s Harvest Fest, Canmore Folk Festival, and the Banff Centre’s CLVB 33 among others. She is a member of Banff’s Three Sisters trio with Heather Jean Jordan and Irene Poole, and she is thrilled to share her voice with you tonight.
